Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Either party shall have the right to terminate the Agreement with or without assigning any reason (whether with or without cause) by giving 7 days prior notice in writing. The customer should give the termination notice in writing and duly received by NBSPL. Unless due to some unforseen/exeptional circumstances, the money deposited by the customer shall be refunded as per the TRAI guidelines. But this refund is subject to terms of this agreement. The Customer shall be refunded within 7 days and it will be processed to their account.
